Imperial International, a Division of H.Betti Industries and J-S Sales are pleased to announce the merger of the two companies that will now be known as Imperial-JS.
Mike DiMotta the President of Imperial International says, "The merger of Imperial and JS brings more than 110 years of combined knowledge of service and supply to the billiard industry into one organization." Janet Shimel, formerly president of J-S Sales will remain with Imperial-JS as a consultant and good will ambassador.
Now customers will be able to purchase all of the great and unique Imperial-JS products from one destination. With product lines like Cuetec, Kettler, Garlando, Eliminator, Cornilleau along with all of the Major Professional Sports Licenses, Imperial-JS will be the ultimate one stop shop for the Billiard Industry.
J-S Sales will be closing their Elmsford, NY location and be moving into Imperial's Hasbrouck Heights, NJ location. In the coming weeks and months customers around the country will be able to take advantage of the three Imperial-JS shipping locations in New Jersey, Illinois and California.
