Congratulations to Richard Black and Tim Scruggs. Richard Black was elected to the ACA Hall of Fame and Tim Scruggs has been named ACA Cuemaker of the Year...The ACA established its Hall of Fame to honor those cuemakers who have distinguished themselves by advancing the art of cuemaking either by innovations in the cuemaking process or by producing an outstanding quality cue over the years.
